At xilubags, we aim to keep our return and refund process transparent and easy to understand. This policy applies specifically to our women’s handbag products.
Order Processing & Shipping Overview
- Order processing time: 3 business days (Monday–Friday)
- Daily cut-off time: 5:00 PM (Central Standard Time)
- Shipping time: 15–20 business days (Monday–Friday) after dispatch
- Shipping area: United States mainland only
- Excluded regions: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, APO/FPO/DPO military addresses
Shipping fees:
- Orders from $0.01 to $98.99: $9.99 standard shipping fee
- Orders of $99.00 or more: Free standard shipping
Return Eligibility We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery.
To qualify for a return, items must meet all of the following conditions:
- Unused and unworn
- No visible signs of wear, scratches, stains, or deformation
- Original packaging included
- All tags and protective materials remain intact
For handbags, we strongly recommend checking size, color, and style carefully before use, as any signs of usage may affect eligibility.
Return Reasons We Accept
- Change of mind after receiving the product
- Product does not meet personal expectations (non-defective)
- Item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect
For defective, damaged, or incorrect items, we may request photos or short videos for verification and will provide a suitable solution (replacement or refund).
Non-Returnable Items The following items are not eligible for return:
- Bags showing signs of use (scratches, stains, odors, wear marks, etc.)
- Bags that have been carried or used outdoors
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components (dust bag, tags, protective wrapping, etc.)
- Customized or special promotional items (if applicable)
This is due to hygiene, quality, and resale standards for fashion accessories.
Return Shipping & Fees
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- A 1% processing fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable (except for defective or incorrect items).
- We do not provide prepaid return labels.
How to Request a Return
- Email us at service@xilubags.com within 30 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Inspection & Refund Processing
- Upon receipt of the returned item, inspection takes 7–10 calendar days.
- Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Refund processing time: 3–5 business days after approval (bank/PayPal processing times may vary).
Customs Duties & Taxes Any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility and are generally non-refundable.
